Equipment deliveries are from 9AM to 9PM Pacific Time. Rentals will be available by 9AM for all reservations received by 7AM.
Just 4 Simple Steps to ensure you have wheels:
1. Confirm your Reservation details
2. Choose Accessories and the optional Damage Waiver Protection
3. Tell us a little about yourself and provide the Credit Card you would like to use at the time of the rental
4. Accept the Terms & Conditions
Purchase Damage Waiver. $5.00 charge per day up to $25.00. By agreeing to the Rental Equipment Damage Waiver, renter will not be personally liable for damage to the Equipment up to $500.00. This includes cracks in the plastic body, damaged wheels or steering column.
Decline Damage Waiver. I understand that I will be personally responsible for all damage to the Equipment other than normal wear.
Damage Waiver Terms and Conditions. The optional damage waiver is not an insurance policy. The waiver covers only damage to the equipment up to the amount of $500. Any damage that exceeds this amount will be charged directly to the renter. The renter is not responsible for minor wear and tear damage such as paint scuffs or scratches. Should the renter decline the damage waiver, then he/she would be responsible for all damage that may occur to the rental equipment.

Terms and Conditions
All equipment is due back at the date/time specified on the rental agreement. If you need to extend your rental, please call us prior to expiration at 1-800-726-8284.
Renter may cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to delivery at no additional cost. In the event that an order is cancelled within 48 hours of the reserved rental time, Renter will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00 per piece of equipment. All reservations that are not canceled prior to delivery will be charged the entire reservation amount. Reservations may be canceled online at ww.scooterbugmobilityrentals.com or by calling 1-800-726-8284.
Renter assumes all risk and liability for any injury, damage or loss to persons or property of Renter or others arising out of the use of the equipment.
Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as when received at the end of the rental period or before upon demand for any reason. ScooterBug may repossess the rental equipment without notice at any time if it is used in violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
ScooterBug Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Renter or the Renters agents.
